WIN10这么多年了应该挺完善了啊，我近期重装系统的什么没遇到过什么游戏运行的问题……如果是单机游戏开不了，推荐百度‘游戏运行库’‘游戏环境’。3DM和游民星空有做合集

windows设置→时间和语言→区域→其他日期、时间和区域设置→管理→把非Unicode程序的语言改成日语
这样试试？
