Edited by luches at 2014-6-12 02:39 well there reason for the first issue is first: finding a scanner to do the scanning at good price is quite hard and 2ndly those people are only after money and they dont want to put any more effort than simple uploading and posting in it. as i said making money of your effort is just fine and i know there are expenses , im not disgreeing with you here my friend. you have to make money to continue this release cycle , thats totally correct and im fully aware of scanning costs.
about influence , well the scanning cycle has been a decentralized cycle for long years and there are other ppl who also scan magazines so that kind of influence is is hard to gain.
you dont need influence to do what want to do . i also agree about releasing with delay. better to allow the book to have its initial sale with interruption and im pretty sure users wont mind some delay as long as its eventually released even if late!
about the 2nd issue: thats what we cant do anything about . there are always transloader, and like a dozen on forum and your post disappears in no time, true ! to counter this just create your own site and forum like this, work on it and gain publicity ! my personal experience taught me that dedicating your full time and effort to managing a single site and make it grow is far far more effective than wasting time on competitive forums . make this forum grow mate and here will bne the first place ppl will check for releases ! (personal experience :) )
about stealing content, as i said there is always a minority who play dirty like never crediting back and etc. just adapt and ignore them. please your users and thats all that matters !
oen thing to avoid this hate-hate situation is to make things as easy as possible for everyone. for this you have to trust your users and ignore the transloaders. fighting back with stricter rules and punishment will most of the time backfire ! just do your work my friend.
about the 3rd issue. well thats what i did ........ also what you need is publicity right now ! as people get to know this forum and source of scan they will try to follow that rules. this place is new, very very new. most users have gotten the files from other place and they dont even know there is a rule to follow just like those sites i said ! grow and gain publicity and popularity ! it wont be hard since your are a content provider and will be recognized quickly !
All i say is give it some time my friend. Dont go creating strict rules and punish the majority for something a very very small minority did this early ! wait sometime and be patient !

well im not a casual content provider. opposite actually ^^ . im quite aware the thing you face . you shouldnt deal with hastily and punish the wrong ppl . most the time the solution is to ignore and do you work !
just prolong this trial and if you see ppl are not supportive and appreciate of your efforts and your expenses are not meet you can simply ceases the project ! instead of fighting the impossible just focus on servicing the users better and more effectively. i think thats a better way to spend your valued time.
