Question about the the delay between the VIP release and the public release

Helo, so my question is how long does it take to publicly release the games that are available to VIPs? I think it used to be 3 weeks, but now when I try to open the information/guideline  about it I get " Sorry, You do not have permission to access this forum" error.  http://bbs.mikocon.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=17358
I'd like to ask when this game will be available to the public
http://bbs.mikocon.com/thread-22434-1-2.html, since it was released quite a while ago, and  generally how much is the delay between vip and public releases.
There are couple of games stuck in the "Games to be released in the next 7 days".

Our release server broke a couple days ago pending backup from support staff, as mentioned in the announcement at the top of each forum.
We have no staff time to perform any releases, own bought or not, until sometime next week.

Releases are roughly in the order of from the oldest in the VIP area upward, and collisions with other uploaders taking priority.

The 3-5 week time is the minimum. We (normally) releases 1-3 games a day and when collision with other uploaders occur, the queue get delayed.
The queue is now about 2 months between VIP and public releases.
