It is because the one that was posted on ehentai by the leaker, is the one we are posting now.
The 2551x3000 version is the one we reserve, for the sole purpose of expunge gallery of the leaker.

There is no practical difference in quality between 3000 and 2500 height on standard screen size.
Which is why it is not offered to public. This version is also deleted from our temporary storage after release is completed.

BTW, file size of 3000px version is about 2 times larger than the 2500px one, I don't think that's a good choice for collectors :/
